Registration and abstract submission will be processed through Zoho Backstage.
Instructions for Registration:
- Each attendee must complete their own registration. Click the Register Now button below to get started.
- Choose your registration type and click Register Now.
- Add a ticket for your registration type and click Continue.
- Enter your information.
- Residents choose either PGY1, PGY2, or Fellow.
- All residents will need to enter their abstract. This is the only time to submit your abstract. Please adhere to the guidelines. Abstracts will not be accepted after March 1st. Prior to the meeting, minor abstract changes may be made, results and conclusions can be added, and presentation slides must be uploaded (detailed instructions to come).
- PGY2s may be assigned to serve as evaluators. For information on evaluating, click here.
- Preceptors, you will be assigned to moderate or evaluate a session on Thursday or Friday. For information on evaluating, click here.
- Residents choose either PGY1, PGY2, or Fellow.
- Resident presentations will be ACPE-accredited for CPE. ACPE guidelines require that everyone involved in the CPE complete a Financial Disclosure. As all attendees will be either presenting, moderating, or evaluating, everyone who registers will be asked to complete a disclosure. Your typed name will serve as your signature on the disclosure.
- Click Continue to make your payment. Registration is not complete unless payment is received.
- Click Place Order. Once your payment has been approved you are successfully registered for the Southeastern Residency Conference. You will receive a confirmation email.
We will use Zoho Backstage to schedule and view abstracts. You can access Zoho Backstage anytime after you register. Once the schedule is uploaded, presenters will have access to their abstracts to make minor changes, add results and conclusions, and upload presentations. Presentations will be live, in-person at The Classic Center in Athens, Georgia on April 25-26, 2024.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by March 31, 2024 will be refunded minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations received April 1-23, 2024 will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received after April 23, 2024 will not be refunded.
