SERC has secured locked-in rates at several hotels surrounding the conference for your convenience through VisitAthens. All reservations can be made through the link below.
Hotel confirmation numbers will be emailed to guests within three (3) business days after the cutoff date of April 7, 2027.
Please note that hotels will not have your reservation on file prior to the cutoff date, as reservations are finalized and transferred after that date.
Your initial acknowledgment email confirms your reservation was received. A follow-up email from Visit Athens will be sent once your hotel confirmation number has been assigned.
