Registration and Abstract Submission will open in February 1, 2026!
For abstract guidelines click Presenters. Remember to register by March 1st! Abstract submission deadline is April 1st. Instructions will be emailed to all residents who register by the deadline.

Registration and abstract submission will be processed through SCHED.
Instructions for Registration:
- Go to https://2026serc.sched.com/
- Click Reserve Tickets
- Click Sign Up or Log In at the bottom of the page.
- If you have used SCHED in the past, you should be able to log into your account. If not, please sign up.
- Add a Preceptor/RPD or Resident/Fellow ticket.
- Click Next
- Complete the Registration Form.
- Click Pay Now
- You will be redirected to Stripe to enter our payment information.
- Once payment has been processed you will receive the registration successful message in SCHED. .
- If you are a resident, instructions will be emailed to you on how to submit your abstract after the registration deadline of March 1st. Abstracts will be due by April 1st.
- Please make your reservation to secure our group rates at surrounding hotels via our lodging page.
Instructions for Abstract Submission will be emailed to all residents registered by the March 1st deadline.
We will use SCHED to schedule and view abstracts. You can access SCHED anytime after you register. Once the presenters have submitted their abstracts they will have access to their abstracts to make minor changes, add results and conclusions, and upload presentations. Presentations will be live, in-person at The Classic Center in Athens, Georgia on April 30-May 1, 2026.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by March 31, 2026 will be refunded minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations received April 1-28, 2026 will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received after April 28, 2026 will not be refunded.
