Registration and abstract submission will be processed through SCHED.

Instructions for Registration:

• Go to https://2025southeasternresidencyco.sched.com/
• Click Reserve Tickets

• Click Sign Up or Log In at the bottom of the page.
  • If you have used SCHED in the past, you should be able to log into your account. If not, please sign up.

• Add a Preceptor/RPD or Resident/Fellow ticket.
• Click Next
• Complete the Registration Form.
• Click Pay Now
  • You will be redirected to Stripe to enter our payment information.
• Once payment has been processed you will receive the registration successful message in SCHED. Please read this carefully as there is important information and links here.
  • If you are a resident, the link to submit your abstract is in the registration successful message. If you missed it, here it is: https://cfp.sched.com/speaker/4a7KoMMpUt

Instructions for Abstract Submission

• Submit your abstract here: https://cfp.sched.com/speaker/4a7KoMMpUt.
  • Deadline to submit abstracts is March 1^st.
• Click Submit

• Log in to your SCHED account using the same login you used to register. **You must register for the conference to submit an abstract.
• Enter information into all fields.
• Click Next Step–>
• Enter abstract information using the following format. Be sure to follow all abstract guidelines on the presenters page, including character/word limits.

We will use SCHED to schedule and view abstracts. You can access SCHED anytime after you register. Once the presenters have submitted their abstracts they will have access to their abstracts to make minor changes, add results and conclusions, and upload presentations. Presentations will be live, in-person at The Classic Center in Athens, Georgia on April 24-25, 2025.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by March 31, 2025 will be refunded minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations received April 1-22, 2025 will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received after April 22, 2025 will not be refunded.
